Strategic Outcomes

• Conduct instructional coaching with leaders and teachers focused on data analysis, HQIM planning, and HQIM implementation.

• Align teacher and leader actions to the School Improvement Plan and district expectations to facilitate systematic, sustainable HQIM implementation.

• Conduct real-time and virtual coaching sessions to model sustainable leadership actions and strengthen teacher and leader implementation of HQIM and school improvement strategies.

• Facilitate two academies to develop pipelines of success-ready leaders to support HQIM implementation and sustainable capacity development.
